Meeting Planner — Find the Best Time Across Time Zones
Timetate's free meeting planner helps remote and international teams find the best time to schedule a meeting. Add any number of cities, and the 24-hour grid will highlight work hours, marginal hours, and night hours for each location. The optimal meeting window is suggested automatically.
How to use the meeting planner
Open the Meeting Planner tab and make sure you have at least two cities saved in your world clock. The grid shows every hour of the day for each city. Click a column to select a meeting time, then export to Google Calendar or download an .ics file.
