Open Meeting Planner →Seoul's electronics and automotive and Zurich's banking and insurance are different worlds, which is exactly why they call each other. Put simply, when it is 09:00 in Zurich it is already 8 hours later in Seoul.
The working week is Monday to Friday on both sides: roughly 09:00–18:00 in Seoul and 08:00–17:00 in Zurich. On the Seoul side the dates that break a schedule are Seollal (three days around Lunar New Year, January or February) and Chuseok (three days in September or October); on the Zurich side, Swiss National Day (1 August) and Easter Monday (March or April).
The office days never overlap; the workable slots are Zurich's early morning against Seoul's evening. Rotate the inconvenience rather than fixing it on one side. Only Zurich changes its clocks, so the gap shifts by an hour twice a year while Seoul stays put.
Seoul is 8 hours ahead of Zurich. The gap changes by an hour around the clock changes.
There is no hour when both offices are open. The closest is early morning in Zurich against the end of the day in Seoul; alternate which side takes the awkward slot.
Alternate. A standing call that is always 07:00 for Zurich or always 19:00 for Seoul is resented within a month; rotating it keeps both sides in the room.
For the working day, yes — the gap is not wide enough to push office hours across midnight.
