Open Meeting Planner →Both cities run on finance, so most calls between Seoul and Mexico City are between people in the same trade. Seoul runs 15 hours ahead of Mexico City, far enough that the morning in one is already the next day in the other.
Both cities work Monday to Friday, Seoul typically 09:00–18:00 and Mexico City 09:00–18:00 local time. On the Seoul side the dates that break a schedule are Seollal (three days around Lunar New Year, January or February) and Chuseok (three days in September or October); on the Mexico City side, Day of the Dead (1–2 November) and Independence Day (16 September).
The office days never overlap; the workable slots are Mexico City's early morning against Seoul's evening. Rotate the inconvenience rather than fixing it on one side. Neither city observes daylight saving, so the gap holds all year.
Seoul is 15 hours ahead of Mexico City. The gap is the same all year.
There is no hour when both offices are open. The closest is early morning in Mexico City against the end of the day in Seoul; alternate which side takes the awkward slot.
Alternate. A standing call that is always 07:00 for Mexico City or always 19:00 for Seoul is resented within a month; rotating it keeps both sides in the room.
Not always. At 09:00 in Mexico City it is already the next calendar day in Seoul, so every invitation should carry the date in both cities.
